Natasha Stories

Erin Timms decided it was time to break away from an exboyfriend and accepts a job as a vet in small town Sunshine Colorado. She is going to be running the practice as the owner has gone on an extended vacation. The only thing he left behind is his snarky daughter who happens to work the front desk, when she does any work that is.

Jon Miles comes rushing in one day with a dog that had been hit by a car. He is obviously a well to do man and surprisingly does the right thing by the dog, paying for his care and taking him to physio classes.

Jon has an ulterior motive to being in town. He is trying to save the mountain canyon before any more developments occur. He is in town with his supposed girlfriend Ashley. Things get hot and heavy between Jon and Erin as they spend time together. He tells her that Ashley is history but Erin’s heart is still on the line. She believes in him. It will be interesting to follow this relationship to see how it pans out. Erin has been hurt before and recently to boot and now she is loosing her heart again.

I think the author did a great job with this story. The chemistry between the two of them is hot and instant. There is intrigue and mystery as the story around the real reason behind Jon’s visit is explained. Ashley’s character was well done as the supposed girlfriend. The reader almost feels sorry for her, not quite but almost. The background story of the development in the canyon and the history of the town was nice to read about. Overall I believe the story had many features and revolves around so much more than just Jon and Erin. I would recommend this story to all story lovers and would give it a 4/5.
